MOSTRO 1300 2U KALİBRE ZIMPARA MAKİNASI

İstasyon Yapısı / Station Structure; Birbirinden bağımsız ayrı ayrı ayarlanabilen 2 istasyondan oluşmaktadır. 1.istasyon çelik gövdeli, kalınlık azaltmak ve kalibre etmek için. 2.istasyon ise 2 kauçuk gövde arası pedli istasyon yapısıyla düzgün bir yüzey elde etmek için kullanılır.

It consists of 2 stations that can be adjusted independently of each other. The 1st station has a steel body and is used for thickness reduction and calibration. The 2nd station is used for getting smooth surface with its station structure with pads between 2 rubber bodies.

Kalınlık Alan ve Kalibre Eden Çelik Gövdeli İlk İstasyon / The First Station with Steel Body to Take Thickness and Calibrate; Çelik merdane üzerinde çalışan sert yapılı ve 80 kum değerindeki zımpara sayesinde kalibre edilecek ürünün kalınlık ayarı ve kalibrasyonu sağlanır. Bu istasyon sayesinde ürün tek seferde 0,5 mm inceltilebilir.

Thickness adjustment and calibration of the product to be calibrated is ensured by the hard sandpaper of 80 grit running on a steel roller. Thanks to this station, the product can be thinned by 0.5 mm at a time.

Yüzey Finisajını Yapan Ped Destekli Kauçuk Gövdeli İkinci İstasyon / Pad Supported Rubber Body Second Station for Surface Finishing; İki kauçuk merdane arasına yerleştirilmiş hassas ayarlanabilen bir ped ünitesinden oluşan bu istasyonda sert yapılı 120 kum değerindeki zımpara yardımıyla, kalibre edilmiş ürünlerin yüzey temizliğini sağlar.

 In this station, which consists of a precisely adjustable pad unit placed between two rubber rollers, finishing of the calibrated products is made with the help of hard 120 grit sandpaper and a smooth surface is achieved.
